01Acceptance of Terms of Use

You are solely responsible for:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

09Liability Limits & Disclaimers

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

99play2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via email or a platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the 99play2 platform after an amendment notice is deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through 99play2's internal resolution process before being referred to any other dispute resolution mechanism.
